#1. Take it to Nature 




What I mean by that is "Do not allow" yourself to starve with the belief that you will loose weight faster. Your body alone needs food from energy to keep your metabolism metabolizing. Always be sure to consume a "healthy" 3-6 meals a day. Nature is your best friend in this case, because getting a morning jog or walk could help to balance your metabolism. Be sure to take in foods that are (High in nutrients and Low in artificial).
